Amanda “Anda” Federico (they/she) is a character/story artist focusing on animation and game development. They received concurrent BFA and BS degrees in Animation and Media Arts and Sciences (Media Processing) respectively from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College, with a certificate in Computer Gaming. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Secondary Education to teach math and theatre.
Their personal work centers around comedic writing, performance, and animation as well as character design and illustration. As for their educational and professional career, Anda brings these personal works into a main focus on educational game development and story/concept design. They have worked as both a Research Aide for Meteor Studio's Immersive Storytelling team and the Concept Guild Coordinator for Learning Futures, where they are currently a project lead for a large-scale education program involving the Unity game engine. Because of their unique background in art, performance, writing, and programming, Anda is able to present their work in a variety of different mediums. Anda is the director of ASU's improv comedy club, has slightly above-average barista skills, and somehow managed to speak at their high school graduation. They hope that they haven’t peaked yet. Fingers crossed! |
